[neutron-mc] mcrun.pl parameter scan problem

Dear Mcstas experts,

I was trying to do an exercise with the McStas 1.8 package in a Win XP
environment.  When I issued the command in a dos window:

"C:\mcstas\lib\examples>mcrun.pl -N5 vanadium_example.instr rot=3D0,10"

I got the following error message:

"mcrun: Could not run simulation. at C:\mcstas\lib/tools/perl/mcrunlib.pl
line 150."

I tried to use the mcgui to do the same scan but still got the same error
message.  Anybody got a clue to help me out here?
